We arrived into Holbrook quite late and they had a family room for $150. The beds were comfortable, but we are not sure whether we were the first to sleep on the sheets since they were washed. There was a moth in the double bed and significant blood stains on the sheets of one of the single beds. When we informed them of the blood on the sheets we were given the excuse that the "cleaners" were negligent. The pool was not very clean and there was a lot of garbage and old discarded furniture lying around by the parking area. This is a last resort option.

I dont how this place has such a high rating. It really is only a 1 Star accomodation (2 at best) The room (#5) is very old and dated, smells like animal piss, has a massive crack down one wall and part of the ceiling looks like its about to fall in. All pictured. If it wasnt so late when we arrived, we would have left and found another Motel. The only positive is the bed was firm but comfortable and the sheets clean. For $20 or 30 more there are much better options.
We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. Great place for the kids. Would definitely stay again. Thanks guys!
The perfect place to stay if you have young kids. Clean, comfortable, affordable, with a huge pool and huge trampoline and other playground equipment. My kids were so happy to have other kids to play with; the owners children were polite, helpful and overwhelming entertaining.
